Violinist Prabhakar Jog dies at 88: Lata Mangeshkar and others pay tribute

Noted violinist Prabhakar Jog died at his residence right here in Maharashtra on Sunday as a result of age-related points, sources near his household mentioned. He was 89. Governor of Maharashtra additionally paid tribute on Twitter and mentioned, "Deeply saddened by the news of the demise of renowned violinist and musician Prabhakar Jog. He enriched the world of art with his melodious renditions. He trained many disciples thereby ensuring that his legacy continues. His music is eternal. Om Shanti."
