Coming back to my city after ages was one of the best feelings ever and as I was here it was time to get back and settle down here. For a good period of time, I lived on rent but recently I came across Sree Dhrisha Homes a beautiful place in Hyderabad Miyapur beautiful property setting an example of absolute beauty. The moment I saw the project online I wanted to invest in the place as there was lush greenery around and looking at the project I couldn't stop myself. 

Sree Dhrisha Homes was a beautiful project led by Kalasha Realtors. The place was pretty minimalistic the way I wanted it to be and as I'll be getting my family anytime soon I wanted a 2BHK and this property was the perfect spot for me to live with my family. As I was pretty interested in this property I had to make sure that this place was good for my parents as well and that they felt comfortable being there. 

There were proper amenities from basic to advanced and the place covered 0.12 acres of area and the house was offered for a very decent price of   ₹53.37 Lacs. 

The project was completed last year in 2022 and it was perfectly designed for people who love minimal things and aesthetic space.  This place was a priority for me for its design and the facilities available. I have multiple requirements and this is the only place that can fulfill them from a Gym to a children's play area this place got me covered. 

As they were offering 3BHK for ₹53.37 Lacs I wasn't expecting much but the amenities here were quite decent. The space wasn't huge but surprisingly the surrounding was pretty good. Sree Dhrisha Homes is uniquely designed to offer extensive experience delivering commercial, residential, and featured residences. 

As they're offering 3 BHK families can enjoy their open spacious rooms at 

Sree Dhrisha Homes and there's a 0.12-acre land block that offers an environment where greenery meets urban living. As there were open spaces people could experience the Tranquility of nature. 

As the project is approved by GHMC and RERA they also have a grand entrance lobby and exclusive inside features that are just amazing.  All the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed so that every person gets the space they need and everyone feels comfortable living here. 

Things I Liked At Sree Dhrisha Homes

There are multiple reasons why I invested in this place but one of the main reasons was its price range. They were offering a 3BHK for a decent amount in Hyderabad which is rare and that made me pretty surprised about the place. The look was too minimalistic and aesthetic so there's not much clutter around there, just simple homes and surroundings which eventually enhance the overall beauty of the place.

Room designs are the next best thing at this property. When I physically checked the place I loved its beautiful design which is beautifully articulated keeping modern living in mind. Every property had a unique design making the place more appealing. Taking my family here would be an easy task as I feel they'll love the place too. With a very decent investment, I was getting a home in Hyderabad where I'd spent my entire childhood and I was pretty excited about it.  

The next best thing was its surroundings, living in crowded places for years now. I wanted a place which is calm and captivating for my future. I wanted to have a home in a peaceful place where I could spend the rest of my time in peace.  This place right here is a beautiful example of a peaceful place and minimalistic design and this place in Hyderabad Miyapur was the perfect spot for my investment. 

Last but not least Amenities here. Even though there are not a lot of amenities here, I got what I needed. First and most important is the Common garden where I can go for a walk in the morning and evenings. For safety assurance, there's a CCTV camera at this place so no danger to the security and safety of people. For kids, there's a children's play area where they can play and have fun.  

For people not to face any inconvenience there's Maintenance staff to take care of everything. Using the resources right this place has a Rainwater harvesting system. and Power backup for emergencies. Lift is available which is accessible to all the rooms in the building. There's a huge Gym

at this place which I genuinely needed to get in shape. Working out is crucial and as this place has a Gym I'll be working out here.
