rrChanel, the French trend home, introduced a contact of rock to the south of France, unveiling on Tuesday a primarily black and white assortment of fringed, beaded and leather-based outfits for its 2021/2023 cruise line. Inventive Chief Virginie Viard staged the catwalk presentation at a former quarry, the Carrières de Lumières, slightly below the picturesque perched village of Les Baux-de-Provence. Towards the backdrop of the empty venue's white limestone partitions, fashions sashayed in graphic black and white clothes, printed tops and trousers in addition to dungarees frayed on the backside. The quarry was the set of the traditional 1960 arthouse film "Testament of Orpheus" by French writer, playwright and artist Jean Cocteau, who was a buddy of the style label's founder Gabrielle Chanel.rr
