Person On E-Bike Shoots At Speed Camera In Queens – CBS New York

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are looking for an individual seen on video taking pictures a pace digital camera earlier this month in Queens.

It occurred on a snow coated road round 3:15 a.m. on Jan. 7 at 86th Street and 158th Avenue in Howard Beach.
