Mandy Patinkin, Lena Dunham to star in Julia von Heinz’s Iron Box

Actors Mandy Patinkin and Lena Dunham have come on board to play the lead roles in German filmmaker Julia von Heinz’s subsequent directorial enterprise Iron Field.

The movie revolves round a New York businesswoman who decides to take her growing old father again to his native Poland, the place she hopes to discover her Jewish roots.

Based on Selection, Von Heinz expressed her want to work with Patinkin and Dunham whereas selling her newest movie And Tomorrow the Whole World final yr and despatched a replica of the film to each the actors to persuade them to board Iron Field.

The movie is a part of von Heinz’s Aftermath Trilogy, which examines the legacy of Germany’s Nazi previous in three very totally different movies.
