SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A person was arrested on Friday for allegedly exposing his genitals inside a gas station on East McKinley, in line with the possible trigger affidavit.
On Friday, officers with the South Bend Police Department had been referred to as to a gas station within the 3600 block of East McKinley.
When they arrived, they spoke with a person who mentioned that an individual, later recognized as Brandon E. Daniels, had come into the gas station to make use of the toilet. When Daniels left the toilet, the person mentioned Daniels uncovered his genitals and touched himself inappropriately whereas staring at her.
Daniels was nonetheless on scene when officers arrived and was taken into custody.
He was formally charged with public indecency.
