An individual has been arrested following the theft of 100 iPads from a children’s hospital.
The iPads, worth £70,000, have been stolen from Alder Hey Youngsters’s Hospital in West Derby, Liverpool from an out of doorways container.
Officers have been referred to as to the scene at 9pm on Friday November 19.
Police carried out in depth CCTV and witness inquiries which revealed {that a} man provided 40 iPads to a sell-and-exchange retailer in Liverpool last month.
A 54-year-old man from Halewood was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of burglary and was taken to a Merseyside police station for questioning by detectives, the place he stays in custody.
