Once they start cutting his chest you can hear someone saying something but can't make out exactly what they're saying cause of the noise but one of the things is along the lines of "this is gonna happen to those that support these guys" and El Siri (the guy being tortured) is praying in Spanish and wiggles away from the guy stepping on him
