Rahul Vaidya was given a chance to walk out of the show and the singer took the opportunity and had walked out. After his exit, Salman Khan had revealed that he did a mistake by walking out as it was Jasmin Bhasin who had the limited votes and would have eliminated. Furthermore, Salman Khan had also pointed out to him that his game after his proposal to Disha Parmar went down. For those, not in the know, Rahul Vaidya had proposed to Disha Parmar on her birthday by going down on his knees inside the house. He used lipstick to write a message for Disha on his T-shirt. In his farewell speech, Rahul teared up saying that he was missing his family and his folks and that he had no real connection inside the house. "Mai zindagi me kabhi bhi, bachpan se ek b din nahi guzra jab family se door rahah hon, mentally strong hoon (I haven’t spent a day without my family in my entire life and I am mentally strong) but not without family. I do not agree that I did not perform because of a lack of interest. I mean this straight from the heart, I want to leave because I do not want some deserving candidate to leave. I am sorry if I am upsetting my fans but this I do not think I can stay here without my family and folks. Another thing is that I do not have any strong bond with anyone, someone with whom I can share my feelings. I find it worthless staying in a situation like this," the singer had said.
