1. Drug party at a hotel
Chandrika Chika was arrested while partying with drugs at a hotel in South Jakarta. Police said Chika's group often used drugs together at the hotel.

2. Chika was arrested along with 5 other Instagram celebrities
Not alone, Chika was arrested along with five of his colleagues who are also known as other public figures.
"At the crime scene, six people were found, initials AT (24 years/female), NJ (22 years/female), AMO (22 years/male), CK (20 years/female), BB (25 years/male) and HJ (27 years old/male. They are a group of friends and usually hang out there," continued AKP Reska.
3. Evidence of drugs
From this arrest, the police confiscated a number of drug evidence in the form of liquid containing marijuana.
"The evidence that was secured was 1 vape pod containing liquid containing marijuana or liquid THC," he said.
4. Chika and her colleagues tested positive for drugs
The police have also carried out urine tests on the six perpetrators. As a result, four people were positive for using marijuana and two others were positive for amphetamines. During the examination, Chika admitted that he had been using drugs for the last year.

The police have now detained Chandrika Chika and five of her colleagues. The police charged them under the narcotics law which carries a penalty of four years in prison.
"The article we use is Article 127 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a sentence of approximately 4 years. "If the rehabilitation requirements are met, then rehabilitation is possible," concluded Reska.
