Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday knowledgeable Parliament that the cupboard committee on disinvestment points is but to take a choice relating to privatisation of two public sector banks.

The authorities had in Budget 2021-22 introduced its intent to take up privatisation of two public sector banks (PSBs) through the present fiscal and approval of a coverage of strategic disinvestment of public sector enterprises, she mentioned within the Lok Sabha.
