Here, a person working in a private company searched the customer care number of a courier company on Google. But due to a mistake, he got a lime of 80 thousand rupees. Actually, the person had searched the customer care number of the courier company DTDC on Google. Talking as customer care, the fraudsters got the person to fill his name, address, courier ID, etc. in a Google Docs form.

After this, the person was sent a link and asked to download an app named TeamViewer QuickSupport. The criminals said that through this the location of the courier will be tracked. In the last, the person was told that he would have to do a small transaction of Rs 2, so that he could get a refund in the event of delivery. Through this, the fraudsters got the details of the debit card of the person. After which the criminals took out 80 thousand rupees from that person’s account in two outs.
